The shot journey began years ago when I used to grow and juice my own wheatgrass for personal health and nutrition. The problem with that is almost a whole tray of wheatgrass goes into a single shot so you require a good number of trays growing at different times to ensure you can have a juice a day. Then there was the cutting and juicing of the wheatgrass.
SO MESSY! I’m not going to begin on the cleaning of the juicer. The grass stems stick to it and you need a toothbrush to pry them out.
Anyhoo, I persisted with it because I knew of the health benefits. THEN…. I had children and no longer had the time to commit. However, I missed the juices, my energy decreased when I needed it more than ever, with lack of sleep and being on the go non stop!
I searched for alternatives. I tried tablets and powders which were ok, but they certainly didn’t make me feel the way the raw juices did. Then I found frozen raw juices and this did it for me for a while, until I kept forgetting to leave it out the night before and it was just another thing I had to remember to do.
I wanted an easy way to take a raw shot everyday but I was at a loss. I began searching for a grower and I finally found one.
There are currently two very different Raw Shots of Health Gold available. Both have very unique health benefits. They can be kept at room temperature, last 6 months and are tightly sealed so they can be taken to work or anywhere. SO EASY!
